I used to have one big hair problem every winter. My hair got crazy under a hat: static, frizzy, sometimes flat. I decided to do something about it. I’m testing Nanoil’s Heat Protectant Spray. The effect’s been amazing so far.
Hat hair
Winter isn’t hair-friendly, at least for me. As soon as the temperature drops, I take my beanie out of the closet and the problems arise. No matter what headwear I choose – wool or cotton – I end up with the same look and I feel like putting it back on. The hair goes out of control: flyaways looking as if I got an electric shock, frizzy strands or hair looking wet and flat, hanging sadly – in each case the strands feel coarse and are very dry. I wanted to know what I was doing wrong. It turned out I didn’t care for my hair the right way.
Hair in the winter – how not to make it dry?
I use a dryer and flat-iron in the winter more often. Shampoo, conditioner, sometimes a hair mask – that’s what my hair care used to involve. As you probably guess that wasn’t enough. Quick styling with heated tools, staying in heated rooms – this is what makes the hair dry, coarse and dull. I decided to handle the problem and reached for thermal protectant. Because I know and appreciate Nanoil (cool ingredients, good prices, amazing scents), I chose Nanoil’s heat protection spray. I love the effects.
Heat protection is necessary
How do I use my Nanoil Heat Protectant Spray? It’s extremely easy to use. Thanks to a spray nozzle we can get an optimal amount for the length and density of hair. I use it in three ways. First: I apply it before blow-drying – a small amount is enough to damage-proof the hair. Then I style it.
Second: Nanoil Heat Protectant Spray is an absolute must-have for flat-ironing. It protects the hair from very high temperatures, climbing to 430℉/220℃ so I don’t need to worry if straightening causes harm. Third: I use it before creating different hairstyles – I’m not good at it but it definitely gets easier when I spray some Nanoil Heat Protectant first. Hair gets more manageable and cooperates.
The light texture of this silk-rich spray envelopes the hair and acts as a protective shield – cuticle scales are sealed so hair doesn’t lose moisture.
Nanoil Heat Protectant Spray – effects
I’ve been using Nanoil Heat Protectant for a short time but I already see many benefits. It’s not just better-looking hair but also healthier. My frizzy strands are smoother, softer, more bouncy. What I love about this spray is it’s impossible to use too much! It’s non-sticky and covers the hair evenly. No more unhealthy, wiry strands! Hair stays fresh and shiny. I think the spray also has a nourishing effect.
I think I found my beloved heat protectant! What’s your favorite? Leave a comment please.
